How to Use It Safely

  • Stamp your backup somewhere private and offline — never near a camera, smart speaker, or anyone who doesn't need to know your words
  • Double-check each word against your wallet's BIP-39 word list before and after stamping
  • Never photograph or type the finished plate anywhere digital
  • Store it somewhere fire- and water-resistant, separate from the device it backs up
